Hassan Omar is a partner and director of the group. Hassan has overall responsibility for policy making and management of the organization. Hassan has worked in the field of P&I for the last 30 yeas and has a LLM Master of Law degree from the City University in London. He has considerable experience of handling of all the P&I matters in the region and led the discussions and the negotiations on the settlement of the large claims in several ports in the region. He has good experience on handling accident and liability, which includes a wide range of problems, stowaways ,crew issues , repatriation of dead crew , cargo wet from leaking ships, to ships sinking, catching fire, hitting other things or each other and a vast range of associated legal or semi-legal disputes.

Currently he continues his association with Al Mushtaraka as one of their Marine Consultant. Nizam has spent 47 years of dedicated experience in the Maritime Industry including Shipping, Chartering agencies, and P&I Club's correspondence.

Augustine Abraham holds Bachelor’s Degrees in Commerce and in Law. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers and a Certificant of the Institute of Risk Management. Before joining Mutual Marine Services Al Mushtaraka, he was employed by United Arab Shipping Company as the Manager- Legal and Risk Management and on merger with Hapag Lloyd as Senior Manager. He was a practising Lawyer in India for 7 years before moving to the Middle East. His experience includes response to pollution incidents, groundlings, collisions and other casualties. He has extensive experience in vetting of agreements and documents, collection and evaluation of evidence, appointment of surveyors and lawyers, review of reports and opinions, handling and negotiating of high value claims.

Anterson is since May 2015 with Mutual Marine Services al Mushtaraka. Since then he worked closely with on of the founders of the Company. Anterson is today in charge for business administration and he is the acting treasurer of our entities in the United Arab Emirates, Sudan and Somaliland. Before joining Mutual Marine Services al Mushtaraka Anterson gained over 5 years’ diversified accounting experience in manufacturing and banking companies in India and the United Arab Emirates. Anterson has a Bachelor of commerce – at St.Jude’s college (Affiliated with MS University), Tamilnadu, India (2005-2008) and a Master of Business Administration (Specialized in Finance and HR)- at Noorul Islam College of Engineering (Affiliated with Anna University), Tamilnadu, India. (2008-2010) and a Master of commerce - manonmaniam sundaranar university, Tamilnadu, India. (2009-2011)

Amir Hassan Ahmed is a Claims Handler in the maritime insurance and cargo surveying sector, with 25 years of experience, based in Port Sudan and working with Mutual Marine Services Al Mushtaraka Ltd. His work centers on claims handling and the coordination of marine surveys, with close liaison with P&I Clubs and Underwriters on cargo damage, delay, and vessel-related matters. He manages professional correspondence in both Arabic and English, and has supported clients across a wide range of cases — from cargo discharge surveys and fire investigations to logistics and legal correspondence — reflecting extensive, hands-on expertise across the maritime claims process at Port Sudan.
